The Sri Lanka Convention Bureau (SLCB) is a statutory body functioning under the Ministry of Tourism, responsible for the development of MICE Tourism (Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conferences and Exhibitions) in Sri Lanka. The bureau is the government's contact point for meeting planners, incentive houses, associations, and other institutions that are planning MICE activities in Sri Lanka.

The Government of Sri Lanka considers MICE tourism an important economic activity with special attributes and spin of benefits thus empowering the bureau to take necessary steps to develop the industry with a mission to place the country as a sought after venue regionally and internationally for Business Events and receive optimum revenue from this segment.
